  1. Can you tell me about my order?
    • Each piece is represented as accurately as possible. However, each piece is handcrafted and some slight variation may occur. If you have a special request, or wish to help design your own custom piece, please contact jenny@jennypresent.com.


  2. How do I care for my jewelry?
    • Please take special care when wearing and storing your delicate piece. Make sure to store jewelry in an air tight bag to help keep metal’s luster. Polish with soft jewelry cloth when luster begins to fade.  Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion and hairspray.  Do not wear your jewelry while showering, exercising or sleeping.  Follow these steps to ensure your jewelry lasts for years to come.


  3. What methods of payment do you accept?
    • We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  All payments are processed through PayPal.


  4. Will I be charged sales tax?
    • Only if your order is being shipped to the state of Missouri. 


  5. How will my order be shipped?
    • All items are sent via US Postal Service. If you need an item on a rush basis, please email sales@jennypresent.com to arrange for quicker delivery if possible. Standard shipping is $4.95 per domestic address.  If you are an international customer and want to place an order, please contact sales@jennypresent.com.


  6. When will my order be shipped?
    • All of the jewelry is made to order.  All orders will be shipped within five business days with the exception of custom/personalized pieces.   Custom pieces can take up to four weeks to be shipped.


  7. Can I make an exchange?
    • Your satisfaction is most important! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item within 10 days of your original purchase. All shipping costs to exchange the item is the customers responsibility. Email sales@jennypresent.com to coordinate the exchange. All custom/personalized pieces are FINAL sale.


  8. What is your privacy policy?
    • The information provided to us will be kept confidential.  All information provided to us will never be shared, rented, sold or distributed.
