Each piece is represented as accurately as possible. However, each piece is handcrafted and some slight variation may occur. Regarding the hand stamped jewelry collections, keep in mind that each piece is hand stamped; therefore no two pieces are alike. The alignment and spacing of the characters may vary adding to the charm and uniqueness of each custom piece. All sales are final on custom orders.


Method of Payment

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. www.jennypresent.com is registered with the Authorize.Net Verified Merchant Seal program.

You can shop at www.jennypresent.com with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks. Sales Tax

You will only be charged sales tax if your order is being shipped to the state of Missouri.


Gift Wrapping

All jewelry comes packaged in our signature chocolate brown velour jewelry pouch with care instructions, free of charge. If you would like your jewelry packaged in our signature chocolate brown box with a bow ready for gift giving, you will be given that option at checkout. The cost is $3.00 per gift box.


Shipping Methods

You can estimate the cost of shipping on the checkout page. The exact cost will be calculated during the checkout process. We ship via UPS. You will be given the different pricing and delivery time options at checkout. If you need an item on a rush basis, please email sales@jennypresent.com to arrange for quicker delivery if possible. Please note, jp style, llc cannot be held responsible for lost packages by UPS.  All packages are automatically insured for up to $100 at no additional charge to the customer.

International Customers:

Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipments can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks once your order has been processed and shipped.  Please be aware that occasionally customs can slow shipments down, but jp style, llc cannot control or prevent customs delays. In addition, customs fees for importing will vary from county to country. You as the customer are responsible for all import fees incurred, if any.


Order Turnaround Time

All of the jewelry is made to order. All orders will be shipped within five business days with the exception of custom/personalized pieces. Custom pieces can sometimes take up to two weeks to be shipped.


Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is most important and we very much value your business! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the unworn and unused item within 10 days of receiving the jewelry. All shipping costs to exchange the item are the customer’s responsibility. We will not accept the exchange if the piece has been damaged in any way. Email sales@jennypresent.com to coordinate the exchange. 
All custom/personalized pieces are FINAL sale. Should jp style, LLC make a mistake on the custom order, it will be replaced at no cost, including shipping and handling expenses. Should the customer make a mistake in the ordering process, all costs and replacement are the responsibility of the customer, including shipping and handling costs. jp style, LLC will work hard at making it right for everybody.


Jewelry Care

Please take special care when wearing and storing your delicate piece. Make sure to store jewelry in an air tight bag to help keep metal’s luster. Polish with soft jewelry cloth when luster begins to fade. Regarding gold plated jewelry specifically, make sure to choose a non-abrasive cleaning solution or polishing cloth that is safe for use on gold. Avoid direct contact with perfumes and lotions. Do not wear your jewelry while showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Please, follow these steps to ensure your jewelry lasts for years to come.


Jewelry Repair

While it is not anticipated, your jewelry may need repairs from time to time if care instructions are not followed properly. If an item is in need of repair please contact jenny@jennypresent.com to coordinate. Jewelry will be repaired or replaced (including shipping and handling), at jp style, LLC’s discretion, if due to manufacturing defects. Cost (including shipping and handling) to repair or replace jewelry due to normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the customer.


Privacy Policy

Any information provided to jp style, llc will be kept confidential. All information provided to jp style, llc will never be shared, rented, sold or distributed. The information provided will be used to communicate with you and to improve your shopping experience with jp style, llc.
